Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery, sometimes called collect on delivery or cash on demand, is the sale of goods by mail order where payment is made on delivery rather than in advance. If the goods are not paid for, they are returned to the retailer.
We offer Cash on Delivery on all our rugs for orders up to PKR 30,000*. This limit on the amount is not set by Qaleen but major Pakistani courier companies.
* Except Lahore and Islamabad; we can delivery Cash on Delivery orders in Lahore and Islamabad above PKR 30,000.
Qaleen offers open-box delivery for our Cash on Delivery orders which means you can open the package and inspect the carpet before paying the order’s invoiced value.
